Ingredients:

1 cup 45 calorie unsweetened coconut milk (BLUE DIAMOND brand is my favorite brand)

1/2 cup of ice

1 cup of frozen strawberries

1 tbsp. sugar free cheesecake J-ELLO pudding

Caliente Tip: If you have a sweet tooth like me, I suggest you add 1 package of natural Truvia brand or Stevia sweetener

Directions:

1. COMBINE all the ingredients in a blender and whirl.

2. Pour into your favorite cup, and enjoy!
