I see so many women and men constantly worrying about their fitness journey (This is extremely dangerous)
Worrying and stressing about the number on the scale can take over and ruin your entire wellness journey. I did it myself for years when I was obese and seen it first hand with people (it ain’t pretty)
What I want to do instead is focus on how you feel internally, how you look in the mirror, how your clothes fit, and your body measurements.
The scale is the least accurate measure of progress! Most people are obsessed with the numbers of the scale.
The truth is.. you can lose body fat and look + feel amazing without the numbers on the scale changing dramatically. When you worry and focus only on the scale, you add stress to yourself and your body which will hinder your progress.
Put away your scale. Only pull it out after you have put in several weeks of work and only in combination with progress photos, and measurements just for accountability which is what I do with each one of my clients.
