Cauliflower Veggie Low Carb Fried Rice Bowl


Cauliflower LOW CARB friend rice bowl is one of my favorites! It is one of my favorites as it’s delightful, simple to make, and delicious :)
Cauliflower is full of nourishment and a amazing side dish to have at lunch or dinner, all while keeping your tummy tight!

Cauliflower Veggie Fried Rice Bowl

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 3 cups raw cauliflower florets

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 cup frozen peas

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 2 tablespoons almonds, chopped

  • 1 green onion, chopped

DIRECTIONS

1 Heartbeat cauliflower in a sustenance processor or blender until the point that it takes after a rice surface.

2. In a skillet over medium-high warmth, sauté garlic in sesame oil for 30 seconds. Include cauliflower, salt, and pepper, and cook for 1 minute. Include peas and carrots and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes until the point when everything is warmed and cauliflower is delicate.

3. Slide veggies to side of the container, and scramble eggs on purge side. Mix veggies and cooked eggs together. Place blend in bowl, top with almonds and green onion, and serve.
